El pasado jueves realizaron una jornada de seguimiento en el corregimiento de Burrusco y sus veredas, verificando los avances de las intervenciones que se vienen desarrollando para mejorar las condiciones de salud de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la visita, el equipo reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con la promoci\u00f3n de la salud, la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades y el acompa\u00f1amiento cercano a las familias. A trav\u00e9s del trabajo articulado con l\u00edderes comunitarios y actores locales, buscamos identificar necesidades, resolver dudas y garantizar que cada persona acceda a la atenci\u00f3n oportuna que merece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siguen recorriendo cada rinc\u00f3n del territorio palmarino con la convicci\u00f3n de que la salud se construye en el terreno, escuchando a la gente y respondiendo con acciones concretas. Su objetivo es claro: fortalecer el bienestar de todos los palmarinos, sin importar qu\u00e9 tan lejos est\u00e9n del casco urbano.
