Asi lo dio a conocer en las \u00faltimas horas el mismo mandatario municipal, Aristarco Romero Meri\u00f1o, quien habia sido denunciado por doble militancia y el Consejo de Estado revoc\u00f3 la sentencia del Tribunal Administrativo del Atl\u00e1ntico y declar\u00f3 la nulidad de la elecci\u00f3n, la cual ya de manera formal fue notificada la ejecutoria del fallo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese sentido, de acuerdo a los versados en el tema se debe encargar a un alcalde por parte del Gobernador del Atl\u00e1ntico ante terna presentada por el partido que aval\u00f3 la candidatura de Romero Meri\u00f1o y se debe convocar a nuevas elecciones en esta poblaci\u00f3n del oriente del Atl\u00e1ntico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aristarco Romero a trav\u00e9s de comunicado de prensa dio cuenta del trabajo que ha venido realizando en su gobierno y asegur\u00f3 que se aparta por un breve tiempo y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Ponedera necesita uni\u00f3n y no divisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
