elecci\u00f3n de Leyton Barrios como rector de la Universidad del Atl\u00e1ntico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n fue tomada por el Comit\u00e9 electoral de la Universidad del Atl\u00e1ntico quien a trav\u00e9s de la resoluci\u00f3n n\u00famero 002 del 7 de noviembre anula la elecci\u00f3n de Leyton Barrios como rector de la universidad debido a que no cumple con los requisitos necesarios para el cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta decisi\u00f3n qus ordena la exclusi\u00f3n definitiva del rector se toma en aras de garantizar la transparencia y el cumplimiento de los estatutos de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La resoluci\u00f3n define que el consejo superior de la Universidad provea de manera inmediata la vacancia del cargo y establece que contra la resoluci\u00f3n no procede ning\u00fan recurso porque se trata de una decisi\u00f3n tomada por el comit\u00e9 en ejercicio de sus funciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasta el momento no se conoce el nombre del rector encargado, mientras nuevamente se surta un nuevo proceso para elegir un rector en
