La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n profiri\u00f3 pliego de cargos contra el exdiputado del departamento del Atl\u00e1ntico, Nicol\u00e1s Fernando Petro Burgos, por presunto incremento patrimonial injustificado durante la vigencia 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Petro Burgos habr\u00eda generado un aumento patrimonial no explicado, a favor propio y de la se\u00f1ora Dayssuris del Carmen V\u00e1squez Castro, durante 2022; al parecer sus ingresos netos por la actividad econ\u00f3mica como diputado habr\u00edan sido inferiores a los gastos realizados en ese periodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Para la Procuradur\u00eda Regional de Instrucci\u00f3n del Atl\u00e1ntico el exdiputado habr\u00eda tenido ingresos que no proven\u00edan de su actividad en la Asamblea Departamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las pruebas recaudadas incluyen testimonios, movimientos financieros y documentos notariales que evidenciar\u00edan el incremento patrimonial cuestionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con esta actuaci\u00f3n, el Ministerio P\u00fablico avanza en su deber de velar por la transparencia en el ejercicio de la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
