votaci\u00f3n en el municipio de Santo Tom\u00e1s de las elecciones territoriales del 29 de octubre  todo indica que hoy se entregar\u00edan las credenciales a la nueva alcaldesa de Santo Tom\u00e1s, Paula Hun Badillo y los concejales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n entregada a LA PRIMICIA todo ha transcurrido en completa normalidad en este proceso de escrutinio que ayer cumpli\u00f3 su segundo dia donde los jueces han estado muy din\u00e1micos a las situaciones presentadas y todo fluye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay expectativa con respecto a la curul al concejo del Partido de la U que hasta el momento tiene Vladimir Escorcia y que de segundo se encuentra Diego Martin Ojeda, se espera hoy se defina con el resto de mesas que faltan por escrutar y que el software arroje el resultado para conocer el nombre de los concejales y que el candidato a la alcaldia que ocup\u00f3 la segunda votaci\u00f3n de manera oficial comunique hoy si asume o renuncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los versados en el tema aseguran que hoy es un d\u00eda definitivo y que las cuentas que muchos vienen sacando ser\u00e1n
