A pesar de que somos un pa\u00eds subdesarrollado -bananero, de juguete- las regiones importantes de Colombia suelen mantener una buena estructura de servicios. En los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os qu\u00e9 viv\u00ed en Bogot\u00e1, por ejemplo, solo hubo un corte en el suministro de agua (anunciado con ocho d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n para que nos prepar\u00e1ramos) y el servicio de luz no se interrumpi\u00f3 ni un solo d\u00eda, ni una hora, ni un minuto. Y yo me pregunto: \u00bfentonces por qu\u00e9 en la Costa estamos condenados a estar padeciendo cortes de luz que rayan en el maltrato, en el insulto? \u00bfSer\u00e1 porque somos tan nobles que nos ven cara de tontos? \u00bfSer\u00e1 porque no tenemos unas autoridades que nos defiendan? \u00bfSer\u00e1 porque no hemos logrado forjar una ciudadan\u00eda capaz de defender sus propios derechos? \u00bfTodas las anteriores? \u00bfNinguna de las anteriores?
